Initiators, scope and runtime
The public sector is best represented: 60% of interventions come from government agencies, municipalities, schools, libraries and similar institutions. 25% emerged from a public-private collaboration, such as internet safety programmes by ministries and internet providers. Private sector actors, such as health care providers, commercial training centres or tech companies, initiate 15% of the interventions.
The majority of interventions is intended for the national level (46%), often combined with local implementation. Regional (27%) and online interventions (24%) are common as well.
Only 9% of interventions specified an explicit start and end date. Most interventions (58%) did not specify a runtime, even though information and materials remain available online; 31% are recurring or ongoing interventions, and 1% explicitly state that the intervention has been discontinued.
